Hey, it happens. We all know that over time…

It’s very difficult to say no to grandma’s homemade pie or those amazing cookies, right? Usually this is how it plays out: You don’t want to be rude, so you eat the food, enjoy the party, have a few cocktails, and then you wake up one day and – BOOM! – you can easily have an extra 10lbs that snuck up on you. That’s why THIS YEAR you MUST join the Team Triumph Challenge. In 90 days or less – BAM! – the weight’ll be gone, and you’ll be healthier than you were a year ago! (Maybe even a decade ago?!)

Oh, and did I mention it’s FREE to join and the support and coaching you’ll get is also completely FREE?!

A lot of us rush to the closest gym when we finally decide to lose weight and sign up to pay $25 to $100 a month for a membership that, if we’re LUCKY, we’ll use 2 – 3 days a week (for a while). And if you want coaching from a personal trainer for 30 minutes, 2 or 3x a week, plan on spending another $200 or more a month! I love going to the gym every so often, but if I had to rely on the number of times I’d actually have the time to drive to the gym and workout, I’d be in horrible shape LOL. It just wouldn’t happen!

 

So WHAT IS a Beachbody Challenge?:

Who is the Challenge for?

  1. Anyone who is looking to lose weight…10 pounds to 100 pounds or more…
  2. Moms and dads who realize that our children are our greatest gifts, and they need us to be present and ACTIVE in their lives. Health moms and dads make happier, healthier kids/families.
  3. People who want to get off prescription meds for cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
  4. Anyone who just just doesn’t feel right or doesn’t like what they see in the mirror every day.
  5. Anyone who simply wants to get into the best shape of their life!
  6. Folks who are ready to COMMIT to their health! That means time, consistency, planning, sweat, and willinness to say No! to some of the foods that are keeping you from achieving your goals
  7. People who are willing to be coached on how best to exercise and eat to achieve their fitness goals.
  8. If you’re not already a member of Team Triumph (which either means I’m your Team Beachbody Coach or you’re working with another Team Triumph Coach) you’ll need to sign up. Membership is FREE. (Note: if you’re already working with another Beachbody coach, reach out to him or her FIRST for support and motivation! They’re your best place to start!)

Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase any Beachbody Challenge Pack (DVDs and  your 1st month of Shakeology) by clicking on the appropriate image below(If you already HAVE the workout program you want to do, and all you need is to order Shakeology home direct, email me and I will get you set up.)
  2. Focus on your Nutrition: Eat healthy foods. Track your calories. Drink your Shakeology shake every day to optimize your nutrition and your weight loss.
  3. Workout at home and “push play” 4 to 6 days per week for an average of 60 minutes a day (some programs require more or less time, depending on which you choose. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, email me.)
  4. Participate in our Private online Facebook Challenge Group where you will get ongoing support, tips, motivation, guidance, and accountability from your Coach and your fellow challengers. (We have to be “Friends” on Facebook for me to add you to the group, so send me a Friend Request at http://www.facebook.com/brittweber1. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Facebook account. We can still communicate by email, text and phone. Just let me know so I can be sure to keep in touch with you throughout the challenge.)
  5. Dial-in to Team Calls where you can speak live with your Coach and ask questions about the program or your nutrition so you can achieve maximum results from the Challenge.
