Shakeology Side Effects?

Today I’m going to write about a subject near and dear to every man’s heart…GAS. (C’mon, who doesn’t chuckle at a good fart joke ๐Ÿ˜‰ ?)

I first discovered Shakeology when I began my very first round of P90X…the one I DIDN’T finish LOL! I started drinking it daily and to be honest, I stopped after only about three weeks because…well…it gave me gas :-S. ย For the sake of my wife, young children, and a number of small pets that live with us…despite the health benefits I knew were there, I stopped drinking it.

Months later, after I began my first SERIOUS round of P90X, following the Nutrition Plan to a “T” and never skipping a workout, I found myself wanting to learn more and more about proper diet and nutrition. Shakeology was definitely something I wanted back in my diet! As I learned more, THAT’s WHEN IT HIT ME! During that first attempt at P90X, I hadn’t taken nutrition seriously AT ALL. In fact, I didn’t change a thing about the way I was eating, assuming like so many people do that if I worked-out really hard and burn lots of calories, I could eat whatever I wanted. What I DIDN’T REALIZE was that all the JUNK I was eating mixed with Shakeology is what had been my problem. Shakeology, as I’ve come to learn, actually works to CLEAN UP your system. I had so much junk festering in me that OF COURSE there were going to be “side effects” ๐Ÿ˜‰ Now that I’m eating “clean”, I have absolutely no problems digesting Shakeology. No more “side effects” :0)

When YOU try Shakeology for the first time and experience a few stomach/intestinal “rumblings” in the first few days, DON’T GIVE UP. Smile knowing that Shakeology is DOING ITS JOB and making your insides cleaner and healthier. The rumblings will pass. I promise.
