1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology® powder (140 cal.; 1g fat, 17g carb, 17g protein)
1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or to taste). (low sodium pb: 94 cal.; 8.1g fat, 3.1g carb, 4g protein)
1 banana (110 cal.; 0g fat, 29g carb, 1g protein)
1 cup ice
……8 oz. water

* As a meal replacement for lunch, I like to replace 8 oz water with 8 oz. 100% pure coconut water (with or without the banana), and add 1 scoop of Synthia Chocolate Milkshake Whey Protein Powder.

8 oz coconut water (40 cal.; 0g fat, 8g carb, 0g protein)

1 scoops Synthia Chocolate Milkshake Whey Protein Powder (200 cal.; 6g fat, 22g protein,15g carb)

Totals with Coconut Water and Protein: 584cal.; 15.1g fat, 72.1g carb, 44g protein
