It’s very difficult to say no to grandma’s homemade pie or those amazing Christmas cookies, right? Usually this is how it plays out: You don’t want to be rude, so you eat the food, enjoy the party, have a few cocktails, and then you wake up Jan 1st and – BOOM! – you can easily have an extra 10lbs that snuck up on you. I love going to the gym every so often, but if I had to rely on the number of times I’d actually have the time to drive to the gym and workout, I’d be in horrible shape LOL. Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase any Beachbody Challenge Pack (DVDs and  your 1st month of Shakeology) by clicking on the appropriate image above. (If you already HAVE the workout program you want to do, and all you need is to order Shakeology home direct, email me and I will get you set up.)

  2. Focus on your Nutrition: Eat healthy foods. Track your calories. Drink your Shakeology shake every day to optimize your nutrition and your weight loss.

  3. Workout at home and “push play” 4 to 6 days per week for an average of 60 minutes a day (some programs require more or less time, depending on which you choose. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, email me.)

  4. Participate in our Private online Facebook Challenge Group where you will get ongoing support, tips, motivation, guidance, and accountability from your Coach and your fellow challengers.

  5. Dial-in to bi-weekly Team Calls where you can speak live with your Coach and ask questions about the program or your nutrition so you can achieve maximum results from the Challenge.
