Mudder Training Continued…

Hey gang. I wasn’t able to post any updates last week on my Mudder training because I was unexpectedly out of town! I had to take my workouts on the road and didn’t have all my gear with me unfortunately. Instead, I wrote several posts about MODIFYing your workouts to your situation, and taking your workouts ON THE ROAD and OUTSIDE! Hope you enjoyed them.

    1. I have never been one for running, but I have seen several folks talking about mud runs and warrior dashes. This has me wanting to get involved in some of this. Thanks for sharing the posts.
